ILT: Executive Presence

To develop an authentic leadership presence that improved how leaders at my organization influenced and connected to others, my team and I developed this comprehensive instructor-led training (ILT) program, "Developing Your Leadership Presence," which seamlessly blended foundational leadership principles with advanced communication techniques. Guided by cutting-edge adult learning strategies, this program not only equipped participants with the essential skills for effective leadership, but also empowered them to embody a commanding presence that resonated with authenticity, enhanced interpersonal relationships, and drove impactful organizational change.
